When you place a booking you agree to the following Terms and conditions

With a booking and confirmation you agree to this Terms and conditions
You agree to understand this Terms and conditions
You will treat this accommodation with respect as it is your own home
No smoking allowed
No pets, unless a positive request received
In case of a cancellation more than 6 weeks before your arrival, the down payment will be refunded minus 10% of the agreed price. A cancellation closer to the arrival date results in loss of the down payment.

Cancelation Policy

We do not charge you if cancellation or shortening your stay is made 7 days or more before arrival.
Full charge if cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival.

If for any unforeseen reasons you must cancel or shorten your reservation it is advisable to phone us to see what can be arranged.

To make a reservation we need your credit card number, expiration date and the exact name on the card. All information is handled with great care.
You can send us the information after we have sent you a confirmation email.
We will not bill your card. The informtion is only used to secure your booking.
Cash payment is preferred but Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners are also accepted. A 2% surcharge will de added to the amount due if paying with a credit card.
Pets are not allowed
Check in time is from 2:00 PM
Check out time is 11:00 AM
